History
Helena Industries Incorporated is 100% owned by Helena Chemical Company but was established as an independent legal entity on January 1, 2006.

Our chemical manufacturing and formulation expertise began in 1957 with the founding of our parent company. Helena Chemicals was privately held until 1987 when it was purchased and operated by Bayer Corporation.

Marubeni Corporation purchased Helena Chemicals in 1987 and both companies have enjoyed a successful 20-year relationship since.
